If that's the video I think it is, I believe that gentleman ended up getting a prison sentence for reckless driving. Might be a different rider but the matrix music and the all black riding gear ring a bell as the chap who did time for this.
Edit: I did watch the video above I should clarify. Rather than just having a wild guess...

Seems like that is the right sentence for the crime. Better a little jail time than an eternity dead.
